Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Driwe, a product of Peraly, Inc. (“Peraly,” “we,” “us”). By using Driwe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and have permission to use any vehicle, account or device you connect.

2. Safe and permitted use

Driwe is an entertainment product. Its scenes, simulated instruments, road information and vehicle metrics are not a substitute for vehicle instruments, road signs, navigation or driver assistance systems. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

Set up Driwe and change settings while parked. Follow road-safety laws and vehicle instructions. Do not operate interactive features if doing so distracts you from driving.

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, access accounts without permission, or copy and redistribute content without authorization.

3. Accounts and connected services

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and sign-in codes. Contact support@driwe.app if you believe your account has been misused.

Tesla connection is optional and requires your authorization and the applicable add-on. Availability depends on Tesla, vehicle permissions, connectivity and browser support. You may disconnect through Driwe or manage authorization with Tesla. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy notices.

4. Plans, purchases and renewal

Free features, subscription features and optional add-ons are described on the pricing and checkout screens. Prices, billing intervals, taxes and any discounts are shown before you pay. Payments are handled through Stripe.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. One-time packs do not renew. Maps + Metrics is a separate optional subscription. Products already included in your plan should not be purchased again.

Manage your subscription in the shop to review upgrades, changes at renewal or cancellation at the end of the paid period. You can also email support@driwe.app for assistance. Closing the browser, signing out or disconnecting Tesla does not cancel billing.

Active subscriptions include updates to the features in your plan. Subscriptions support ongoing improvements, bug fixes and compatibility work. Release timing and contents vary; separately priced add-ons are not automatically included.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Cancellation and refund requests are separate; tell us if you are requesting both.

5. Content and access

Third-party software, recordings and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and are subject to their applicable licenses. Your plan gives you permission to use the included features for their intended purpose; it does not transfer ownership of software, recordings, designs or trademarks.

We may restrict access to address fraud, misuse, security issues, unpaid purchases or violations of these Terms. Contact support@driwe.app if you believe access has been restricted in error.

Copyright and trademark concerns

Driwe names, logos and designs may not be used in a way that implies permission, sponsorship or endorsement without authorization. Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law or third-party licenses.

For an intellectual-property concern, email legal@driwe.app with your contact information, identification of the work or mark, the location of the disputed material and an explanation of your ownership or authority.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every vehicle or browser, or error-free information. Features may change as the service and third-party integrations develop.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Driwe is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy, changes and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how Driwe handles information. The Refund Policy explains how to request review of a purchase.

We may update these Terms. Updated text and its revision date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before changes take effect.
