How Peraly, Inc. handles information in Driwe.
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Who we are
Driwe is a product of Peraly, Inc. This notice explains the information handled by the Driwe application and how to contact us about it. For privacy questions or requests, email legal@driwe.app.
2. Account and purchase information
When you sign in, we process your email address, sign-in verification information and session identifiers. Account records include creation and activity information and the subscriptions or packs associated with your account.
Stripe processes payments. Driwe sends account and selected-product information to create checkout sessions and receives purchase references, product identifiers and payment or subscription status needed to provide access. Payment-card details are entered through Stripe’s checkout.
If you email us, we receive the message, your contact details and any attachments you choose to send.
3. Location and Tesla information
The demo uses simulated driving data. Real driving uses location permission from your browser to process GPS position, speed and heading. Where map features are enabled, coordinates and heading are sent to our server to find road information and obtain map coverage.
If you authorize Tesla access, we process authorization tokens, connection identifiers and available vehicle data, which may include vehicle identifiers, location, speed, battery status and destination information. Tesla decides which information it makes available under your authorization.
The current application uses live driving data to render and synchronize your experience and does not provide a saved trip-history feature. Map requests may reveal a location or area to infrastructure and map-data providers. Request logs may also contain road-lookup coordinates.
4. Browser storage and diagnostics
Session cookies support sign-in and account features. A language cookie remembers your selected language. Local browser storage saves driving preferences such as sounds, scenes, paint and display settings. Browser preferences and local favorites remain until changed or cleared. Signed-in garage favorites are stored with your account so they can sync across devices. If you save a browser self-check, its date, display mode, viewport dimensions and browser user agent stay on this browser until replaced or cleared; the shop uses it for up to 30 days when the user agent matches. The self-check record is not uploaded. We also store the first activated-demo time and last return-report day on this browser to count return use within seven days. Product counters record demo visits, successful sound starts, coarse loading-time ranges, previews and shop visits without sending favorite names, account identifiers or location. Product counter requests respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
When you open a promoter referral link, a signed cookie remembers the referral for up to 30 days. We associate eligible completed checkouts and redeemed promotion codes with the promoter for campaign reporting, including purchase amounts and discount totals.
Operational information includes feature counters, recent service events, audio-loading failures and GPS-quality reports. GPS-quality reports include browser information, accuracy and timing measurements, rather than a trip route. Requests also involve network information such as an IP address.
Cookie Settings explains this storage. Browser controls let you clear cookies and local data; doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.
5. Why we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, authenticate accounts, connect authorized services, process purchases, maintain access, investigate faults, prevent misuse and respond to requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, this processing relies on providing the requested service, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing Driwe, or consent where required, such as permission-based location or Tesla access.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Information is handled by the providers needed to deliver Driwe, including hosting and database services, Stripe for payments, Tesla for authorized vehicle access, and map-data services. Your support email is handled through our email service. Those providers may also process information under their own notices.
We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security threats, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; applicable transfer requirements must be followed.
7. Retention and security
Account, entitlement and purchase records are kept as needed to provide access, handle billing questions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Sign-in codes and sessions have expiry limits, and operational diagnostics may be kept in limited buffers or infrastructure logs. Expiry of access is not a promise of immediate deletion of every related record.
Stored Tesla authorization tokens are encrypted. Access controls and other safeguards help protect the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or authorization tokens by email.
8. Your choices and requests
You can change or revoke browser location permission, disconnect Tesla in Driwe, manage Tesla authorization with Tesla, and clear browser storage. Disconnecting a vehicle does not cancel a paid subscription.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, or withdraw consent. Email legal@driwe.app to make a request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required.
You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. For subscription cancellation or billing help, contact support@driwe.app.
9. Children and updates
Driwe is intended for people legally able to use the service and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact legal@driwe.app so we can investigate.
We may update this notice as the service changes. The revision date appears on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
